Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Groups are designed to help build healthy relationships and learn to utilize tools for self-soothing and negative symptom management. The four components covered are Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. We offer two separate DBT Skill Groups on Saturday’s; one for TEENS and one for ADULTS. The groups are 12 weeks and are considered closed groups.
DBT is supportive regardless of severity of symptoms. It supports the most severe from self injury to those wanting to better manage their anxiety and stress, in order to take their career to the next level or improve their overall quality of their relationship.
