Individual, Couple, & Family Therapy

Individual, Couple, and Family Therapy- Traditional therapy treatment is still a great fit for many, especially if you are wanting to bill your insurance company. Traditional Talk Therapy is conducted in 50 minutes for individuals and 80 minutes for Couples and Families.



Addiction and Eating Disorders are challenges that affects the whole family. Rethink Industries has rethought interventions in order to support the whole family and works to provide support to the family in addition to the loved one struggling. Rethink utilizes inpatient as a last resort and works to help stabilize individuals prior to encouraging inpatient treatment.


Marathon Sessions

Marathon sessions are sessions that last over 3 hours in length and can go as long as needed. Breaks will be incorporated into treatment as needed. Marathon sessions are utilized in order to work through challenges at warp speed


DBT Groups

Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Groups are designed to help build healthy relationships and learn to utilize tools for self-soothing and negative symptom management. The four components covered are Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
