Rethink Industries,  a private group practice in Quincy, California, is looking for full-time psychotherapist to join our group practice. Located in the picturesque mountains of northeastern California, Rethink Industries specializes in delivering essential couples, addiction, and trauma-related therapy services.  

 We are looking for an addition to our team who is competent in engaging with our current population, but we are looking to bring someone on who has a unique specialty to us.  

At Rethink, you'll provide guidance and mediation for clients, either in groups or individually, to help address critical problems that need resolving. You might assist clients with psychological disorders, behavioral problems, or substance abuse or addictions that affect their marriages or family dynamics. You'll also maintain client records, create treatment plans, help your clients set goals, and oversee clients' complete therapy programs. 

While Rethink Industries will provide a steady stream of client referrals, the ideal candidate will be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, and positive minded organization.  

*Preference for person to work full time/ in office. Must be registered with BBS.

Eligible for medical/ dental/ vision/ PTO/ vacation/ 401K-after 90 days of full time work.

Requirements are: 

• Masters or Doctorate Degree 
• Current State of California license as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or LCPC 
• Willing to work 15 direct service hours per week or more 
• Minimum 3 years post independent licensure 
• Paneled with BCBS a plus 
• Prior private practice experience is a plus 
• Experience with kids, grief, postpartum, & parenting is a plus
