Allison (Aly) Kinne, is the Founder and Director of Rethink Industries. Her treatment encourages participants to find their strengths. Aly's objective is to support clients in learning what's necessary to make healthier choices, have promising futures, while accepting their past. She is passionate about encouraging clients to push through pain, identify previously unimaginable goals, and find gratitude, even in mistakes and hardships. She believes her treatment promotes healing, increases insight, and decreases internalized trauma. Aly’s experience lies in helping clients find their way towards new and prosperous futures. Her expertise resides in the study of rethinking how connection creates and fosters relationships. The manifestation of each clients' dreams, along with an individually tailored strategy, remains the primary focus and priority of the organization. Aly is a highly-motivated and extensively-trained therapist. Her distinct ability to transform fear, doubt, and affliction into action and strategy lends itself to a sustainable decrease in negative behaviors.
Aly is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II, Internationally Certified Co-Occurring Disorder Professional, Intervention Specialist, Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Associate, and a Level IIII Brainspotter. Although she specializes in trauma and substance abuse/dependence, Aly enjoys working with couples, co-dependency, and severe-persistent mental illness.

Ariana’s counseling style holds a warm container for collaboration and brainstorming; she views therapy as a co-creative process. Her focus is on the whole person within their environment to support each individual grow, learn, and expand their horizons. She believes you are the expert of your mind, and is there to walk alongside you.
Ariana values humor, authenticity, and connection. There is no one size fits all and she embraces the uniqueness of each human with nonjudgmental reflection, holding a mirror to help connect the dots. She currently resides in Portola and you can find her exploring the outdoors, cooking, writing, watching the sunset, working on her house, and planning trips.
Ava Hagwood is dedicated to supporting individuals and families on their mental health journeys. With over nine years of experience in mental health and child welfare, Ava brings a deep understanding of psychology and a holistic approach to well-being. Her diverse background, including work in both rural and urban settings, enables her to effectively address a wide range of mental health issues.
Ava earned her degrees in psychology, human development, and social work from UC Davis and CSU San Bernardino. Throughout her education, she actively applied her knowledge in real-world settings, serving the communities where she lived. This hands-on experience has shaped her into a compassionate and effective therapist, well-equipped to handle her clients' unique challenges.
Her client-centered therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy and strength-based methods, creating a safe, non-judgmental space for healing. Ava specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, tailoring her methods to meet each client's needs.
Deeply committed to giving back to her hometown community, Ava is passionate about making a meaningful local impact. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities like gardening, mountain biking, or finding new adventures like Canyoneering through Zion. Based in the Bay Area, Ava looks forward to partnering with clients primarily via telehealth to help them achieve their mental wellness goals.

Her goal is to collaborate with you from a strengths-based approach. She will be your coach that holds the hope, challenges you to look at the hard stuff, and give you skills to empower yourselves in navigating deeper connections with the people you love. Sarah believes that all people are looking for a deep and meaningful life and she is grateful to support her clients in working towards that.
Sarah creates an open and kind environment for individuals and couples to feel welcome in her room. She utilizes clear and direct language to evoke clarity and respect while holding empathy in moments of discomfort. She is confident in having hard conversations and will encourage you to do the same. Making the most of your time is a priority to her. Humor, empathy, and compassion are the driving forces in her therapeutic approach.
Sarah's prior experience was working in nonprofits for disadvantaged youth and families. She has worked with youth and teens who experienced PTSD, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. She has led family therapy sessions and supported parents/caregivers with challenges on divorce, single-parenthood, grief, and mental health co-occurring issues. She has worked with teens and adults in the LGBTQ community on navigating difficult relationships with intimate partners, family members, and providers. She has worked with couples from various backgrounds, including polyamorous couples to achieve effective and safe communication to rekindling bonds and igniting their love.
New to Mental Health and Addiction services Brogan is eagerly immersing herself in learning all that she can to effectively serve this community. With her experience in customer service she hopes to provide a warm welcome to patients and help them in any way she can. Growing up in
Quincy she has a long family history here and is a familiar face to many. Outside of work,Brogan has many interests. Currently she is in school working toward a degree focusing on fitness and nutrition. Her passion for agriculture and serving others has taken her across the
world allowing her to explore different cultures and expand her worldview. Future travel is definitely on her horizons.
Nicole provides supervision and oversees the clinical side of operations of Rethink. Nicole’s treatment encourages clients to examine their thought processes to determine what may be helpful or
unhelpful for people to feel acceptance of themselves. The treatment also examines what may be keeping people from letting go of difficult thoughts and feelings using CBT techniques with an underlying theory that we learn and understand ourselves through the relationships with have with others I – Thou philosophy –“ that human life finds its meaningfulness in relationships”. Also noting that relationships can be very complex.
Nicole’s objective is to support clients in understanding how their thoughts can interfere with many aspects of their lives and hope to teach clients how to address this inside and outside of the therapy room, leaving the client with the tools to handle difficult aspects of life in the future. Nicole aims to help clients with their difficulties in a brief manner, allowing people to learn the tools and begin applying them to their lives as soon as possible. Nicole holds a Psy.D. in Marriage and Family Therapist and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Nicole is working toward obtaining her AAMFT approved supervisor designation.

Laura Orange is the founder of Á L'Orange Med Spa, located within Rethink Industries. Laura is a certified Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years experience. Her education includes a BS in Kinesiology from CSU, Sacramento. The study of movement and the human body then expanded to a BS in Nursing from Creighton University and Master's of Science in Nursing from University of Nevada, Reno. She thrives on utilizing best practice medicine and state-of-the-art techniques, and is anticipated to complete her Doctorate program in August 2024.
She enjoys preparing food to eat healthy meals and spending as much time with her husband and kids as possible. She loves to travel and is actively working towards her goal of completing a half marathon in all 50 states as part of her lifelong commitment to exercise and health. Laura is affiliated with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, California Association of Nurse Practitioners and America Association of Critical-care nurses.
